Minimum of high school diploma or GED with 2 years of experience, or combination of equivalent experience and training.

Current CCO Signalperson (SGP) certification.

Current CCO RIG-I certification.

Documented employer practical qualification for assigned rigging duties.

Forklift or telehandler, aerial lift or MEWP, chain-hoist, jacking, skating, and project- or site-specific qualifications when assigned.

Ability to complete routine rigging work independently and recognize when qualified technical review is required.

Earn $16.00 to $21.00 per hour in base pay

Up to $18,000 a year in individual-based commissions

Top performers could make an extra $14,500 or more in individual-based commissions

Total of $65,000+ to $75,500+ annually

High school diploma or GED.

One or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.

Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (you'll know your schedule four weeks in advance).

Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income, typically during the summer months, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.

Experience working in a commission-based environment.

Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions.

Customer service experience.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and 3-5 years related experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to lift/lower/push/pull up to 40 lbs. safely.

Must be able to read part prints and perform basic trigonometry functions of triangles and normal machine shop calculations.

Must be able to read blueprints.

Math skills is a must

Regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.

Detailed training in CNC machine operation is preferred.

Former experience with Trax type machines preferred.

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
