Bachelors or Associates degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biological Sciences, or a closely related field, or equivalent GMP/manufacturing experience.
Foundational knowledge of biology or related scientific principles relevant to culture media and raw materials.
Experience or comfort working with standard operating procedures (SOPs) in a manufacturing or laboratory environment.
Ability to operate and learn equipment such as power mills, powder blenders, and autoclaves.
Strong computer and documentation skills, including accurate data entry on production worksheets.
Ability to lift and move materials as necessary to support production activities.
Comfort and ability to work with and around both liquid and powder-based materials.
Attention to detail and commitment to following established procedures and quality standards.
