Basic computer skills, including the ability to navigate digital systems for timekeeping, accessing work instructions, and confirming tasks.
The ability to perform precise work with small and microscopic components.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately in a fast-paced production environment.
Ability to learn and apply standards such as J-STD-001 and/or IPC-A-610.
Knowledge of ESD procedures and familiarity with electronic test equipment.
Proficiency in using hand tools such as tweezers, rulers, cutters, and pneumatic tools including torque drivers and screwdrivers.
High school diploma or GED.
Eligibility to obtain an interim security clearance as a condition of starting in the position.
