High school diploma, GED, or equivalent related experience.
At least 1 year of related maintenance experience.
Knowledge of common maintenance tools, equipment, and materials.
Ability to safely and effectively use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material-handling equipment.
Valid driver's license
Driving record that meets Hope Network requirements.
Ability to travel independently between assigned locations.
Ability to bend, kneel, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of the individuals we serve.
Ability to complete and maintain all required training, certifications, and credentials.
