Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health & Safety, Construction Management, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant professional experience.
24 years of experience in construction safety, occupational safety, EHS, or a related field.
Experience conducting safety training, jobsite inspections, or compliance audits.
Familiarity with OSHA regulations and construction safety requirements.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
Experience maintaining training records, compliance documentation, and reporting metrics.
Valid driver's license with the ability to travel throughout Iowa.
Ability to accommodate occasional overnight travel.
Experience delivering instructor-led safety training in classroom, virtual, or field settings.
Knowledge of construction safety management systems and regulatory compliance programs.
Strong understanding of hazard recognition, incident prevention, and safety program development.
Experience working directly with contractors, subcontractors, or construction organizations.
Experience with construction safety, site safety, and OSHA safety practices.
