10+ years of general construction supervisory experience in the federal sector, with some commercial sector experience considered.
Demonstrated ability to run multiple crews across various construction scopes and manage complex field operations.
Comprehensive knowledge of general construction practices, including renovations, new construction, site development, and excavation.
Strong knowledge of various construction disciplines, safety regulations, scheduling, cost control, engineering drawings, and other technical documents.
Proven ability to efficiently supervise, direct, and evaluate craft performance in a field construction environment.
OSHA 30-hour construction safety certification (minimum requirement).
Experience with federal construction safety standards, including EM 385-1-1 and NAVFAC-related requirements.
Proficiency in project management software such as RMS, Procore, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Project.
Ability to obtain and maintain DISCO Secret Clearance or higher, as required, and to obtain access to military installations.
Capability to manage large general construction contracts in the approximate range of $500,000 to $15,000,000.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to and work at various project locations with varying site conditions.
Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).
