Full-time employees are eligible to enroll in medical, dental, and/or vision coverage and participate in Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) on their date of hire.

Part-time employees who have completed 91 days of employment and worked an average of at least 17 hours per week are also eligible for these benefits.

Part time Federal Express Corporation (FEC) employees work one shift a day; full time Federal Express Corporation (FEC) employees work two shifts.

Shift lengths vary based on package volume – generally part time employees work between 3 and 6 hours a day. Full time employees can expect to work between 6 and 10 hours.

Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM ET.

A minimum of 20 hours per week

Certification runs for 10 days, Monday-Friday, from 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM ET

A PC with Windows 11 (Macs and Chromebooks are not supported at this time)

At least 8GB of RAM, with at least 4GB available for use

A webcam for your Certification experience

Each independent contractor services a minimum of 20 hours per week

At least one year of experience in a call center customer service environment is preferred

Medical office, pharmacy, or non-clinical medical experience is very helpful
