Must be enrolled full time in an accredited university/college in Welding Engineering, Welding Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Engineering Technology with a welding emphasis, or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years of relevant course work completed
Experience or knowledge with basic arc welding processes such as GTAW, SMAW, SAW, and GMAW welding
Proficient in fundamental computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Must be a U.S. citizen with no dual citizenship
Must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information or matter
Position requires U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy (DOE) security clearance which involves an extensive criminal and financial background investigation and previous employment reference verifications
