Pay: $65,000 - $93,000

The base salary range for this position in Ohio (US-OH) at the start of employment is expected to be between $65,000 and $93,000 per year.

The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, such as an annual cash incentive

2nd Shift

Flexibility across shifts and work areas is essential, and scheduled overtime may be required to support operational needs.

This position is primarily assigned to 2nd Shift; however, flexibility to transition between shifts, departments, and work areas is essential to maintain seamless operations. Scheduled overtime may be required based on operational demand.

Flex between shifts, buildings, and fabrication work areas as needed based on staffing, schedule changes, or emergent operations.

Work scheduled overtime to support production continuity and customer commitments.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Two (2) year of relevant experience in a supervisory role, ideally within a unionized heavy-manufacturing or fabrication environment.

Strong background in heavy fabrication, fitting, welding, and machining operations.

Must be a U.S. Citizen.

All candidates must be U.S. citizens.

The position may require the ability to obtain and maintain applicable federal eligibility requirements for access to classified/sensitive information or matter which involves an extensive criminal and financial background investigation, drug test, previous employment, and reference verifications.

AWS CWI certification, WQI-1 qualification, welding hands on experience, NDT certifications

Bachelor's degree is a plus.
