Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.

May be required to pass pre-employment and annual Vision Acuity tests

Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift boxes on a regular basis between 25 - 35 pounds and occasionally between 35 - 50 pounds. Considerable standing, stooping and bending is required.

Assembly experience preferred or related job aptitude (e.g. ability to follow basic instructions)

The pay range for this position is $18.40-$25.80 per hour, along with additional compensation through overtime and 10% shift differential when working an off-shift.

The starting pay offered is based on your skills, experience, and additional qualifications needed for the role.

2nd shift - 3:00 pm - 1:15 am (Mon-Fri)

High School diploma or GED

Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to assemble precision mechanical products.

Ability to interpret work instructions, engineering drawings, and specifications.

Frequently stand and walk throughout the shift.

Regularly use hands for repetitive assembly tasks requiring manual dexterity.

Lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to established departmental limits.

Occasionally bend, reach, twist, and stoop.

Maintain visual focus for detailed inspection and precision assembly work.

Use required personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety requirements.

Previous manufacturing or precision assembly experience.

Experience working in a lean environment.

Familiarity with measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and torque tools.

Experience reading engineering drawings and interpreting product specifications.

Experience supporting process improvement initiatives or training team members.

$18.75/hr starting pay

Overtime available on Fridays

You'll receive a $1/hr raise

$0.50 raises quarterly
