Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA

Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment

$10,000 Dependent (LPC, LSW, MFT)

$15,000 Independent (LPCC, LISW, IMFT)

1st Shift: 2pm-10:30pm

Monday/Wednesday/Friday

Part-Time: 24 Hours Per Week

Part Time

Proficiency in Microsoft Office [Outlook, Excel, Word] or similar software is required.

Education: Master's Degree in Social Work or Clinical Mental/Behavioral Health Counseling is required.

Certification: Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) required.

Experience working with electronic medical record software, such as EPIC, is preferred.

Experience providing clinical services through telehealth is preferred.

Must meet Akron Children's Hospital Medical Staff Credentialing/Privileging criteria and become credentialed within 1 year of hire.

Years of relevant experience: Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in preferred.

Complete the 3,000 hours of supervised clinical work required by the state licensure board to obtain the clinical endorsement required to practice independently.
