High school diploma or GED.
Five years' experience in machining
Extensive machine changeover experience
Independently troubleshooting and solving complex machine equipment, tooling and programming issues
Ability to Interpret blueprints, specifications, control plans, and work instructions.
Expansive tooling knowledge, including but not limited to, inspection gages, comparator, micrometers, calipers, 6β rule, dial indicator, ring gages, drill/reamer, Johnson gages and Datum gages, magnifier and lights, miscellaneous hand tools and chip strippers.
Standing and walking for extended periods.
Frequent bending, reaching, and stooping.
Lifting materials weighing 25β35 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Working safely around manufacturing equipment.
Passing required vision acuity testing, where applicable.
