Experience in the manufacture of tight tolerance, complex geometry precision products, particularly within an aerospace or medical component machine shop
Ability to work from blueprints, advanced drawings, process sheets and sketches to perform machining operations with precision, quality, and safety
Proficiency in CNC programming and CAM software
Strong understanding of GD&T;
Ability to use precision measurement equipment including micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, height gauges, etc.
Experience in cutting and grinding processes
Familiarity with manual and/or CNC grinders
Knowledge of machine shop processes, tools, and terminology; ability to work from blueprints, advanced drawings, process sheets and sketches
Experience operating a Diamond Turn Lathe machine
Ability to read and follow instructions including Engineering and CAD drawings
Able to use mechanical hand and simple power tools
Identifies opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation
