At least 5 years of experience in quality control and quality assurance (QA/QC) programs for data centers or mission-critical construction projects.
Proven experience working within Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build construction programs.
Hands-on experience across civil and structural disciplines, including building envelope, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation and controls (I&C;).
Demonstrated experience leading QA/QC and commissioning (Cx) programs for complex construction projects.
Experience managing contractors, consultants, and vendors within a construction or mission-critical environment.
Experience with mission-critical power and cooling infrastructure or other critical systems, with the ability to apply this expertise to data center challenges.
Knowledge in construction management and construction quality management in large-scale projects.
Experience in project management and project coordination within a construction or engineering environment.
Strong analytical skills to interpret quality metrics and identify root causes of issues.
Ability to develop and implement standardized QA/QC procedures, checklists, and testing protocols.
Effective communication skills to interface with design, construction, safety, operations, and contractor teams.
Capability to deliver training and presentations on quality procedures and program expectations.
Attention to detail in reviewing technical documentation, submittals, labeling, signage, and tagging.
Organizational skills to manage multiple QA/QC activities, audits, and documentation requirements.
Comfort working with dashboards, tracking matrices, and other tools used to monitor equipment and quality performance.
Ability to participate in and contribute to technical meetings, commissioning reviews, and factory witness tests.
