High School Diploma or equivalency.
Twenty (20) of experience as a construction superintendent.
At least two similar building renovation or new construction projects completed within the last five years.
At least one project valued at $4 million or more involving three or more subcontracted trades.
Experience working in a 24/7 operating critical facility, such as a hospital, public safety facility, data center, or qualifying water/wastewater treatment facility.
Ability to read plans and specifications and coordinate multiple trades.
The employee is frequently required to talk and hear while carrying out the responsibilities of this position.
The worker frequently must stand, walk, or sit and use a computer.
Sometimes the employee needs to reach with their hands and arms.
The employee is occasionally required to lift or move up to 30 pounds.
Close vision and the ability to refocus are two important vision skills for this position.
