Project-Based, Full-Time

Work is **project-based** , with schedules varying based on project needs.

Daily shifts may be **12 hours or longer** .

This position is limited to candidates who are currently local to Anchorage or Wasilla, Alaska. Non-local candidates will not be considered.

Some prior NDT experience or NDE classroom training is required.

Candidates without some NDT/NDE experience or training will not be considered.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Valid driver's license.

Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions, including subzero temperatures.

Must be comfortable working in cramped, confined, and industrial environments.

Must be able to routinely lift up to **75 pounds** .

**40-hour Radiation Safety course is highly preferred.

NDE classroom hours or experience with methods such as **UT, RT, PT, MT, or VT** is highly preferred.

Current IRRSP or state card is preferred.

Current Level I or higher IRATA Rope Access certification is preferred, or willingness to obtain certification.

Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $113,000 - $173,500.

Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus

There will be 3 shift options: 11 am CST, 12 noon CST or 1 pm CST start

Each shift will be 8.5 hours and include two 15 minute breaks and one 30 minute lunch break

All shifts must work one weekend rotation per month with the choice of a weekday off that week

Telehealth PA or NP

Seeking to hire PAs or NPs who reside or hold licensure in the following states with ability to obtain multiple state licenses per regional assignment: KS, OR, AR, AK, IA, ME, KY, CT, NH, WV, DE, MT, ID, SD, NM, RI, ND, VT, WY, WY, NE

Degree from an accredited university in a Physician Assistant Program or Master's Degree from an accredited university in a Nurse Practitioner program

Valid and unrestricted professional PA or NP license in the state which you reside

Ability to apply for 10+ additional assigned state licensures within 2 weeks of hire date

Collaborative physician agreement if applicable based on state scope of practice regulations

1+ years as a PA or NP in a clinical environment including oversight of ancillary and clinical staff and caring for adults

Experience conducting assessments on wide variety of acute/chronic conditions

Proven experience utilizing electronic health record (EHR) platforms to document, review, and manage patient information

Ability to work one or more of the listed schedule requirements including one weekend rotation per month

Handling (holding, grasping, turning, or otherwise working with the hand or hands), fingering (picking, pinching, fine manipulation), sitting, standing and speaking for long periods of time, and walking. Seeing and hearing alarms and settings responding according to training and procedures.

Candidates are required to pass a drug test before beginning employment.

2+ years clinical experience in a health care delivery system

VA and/or military experience

Experience working in a Virtual setting

Experience working in a call center environment, handling a high volume of calls and performing repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and productivity standards

Familiarity with government forms and documentation

Has multiple licensures preferably in one or more of the following states with ability to obtain multiple state licenses per regional assignment: KS, OR, AR, AK, IA, ME, KY, CT, NH, WV, DE, MT, ID, SD, NM, RI, ND, VT, WY, WY, NE

Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office and database experience
