Anyone who worked as Per Diem at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.

Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Must hold current New York State registration or possess a limited permit to practice in the State of New York and be registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).

ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)

BLS (Basic Life Support)

RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) or the alternative certification CV (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT))

1 Manager reference required from within the last 12 months

Hourly Rate: $31.00 - $52.00

Position requires on call rotation including night, day, weekend, and holidays.

Acute Inpatient Registered Nurse - RN

Current appropriate state licensure.

Must meet the practice requirements in the state in which employed.

One year RN experience required

Minimum 6 months nephrology experience required before working independently with no other Dialysis RNs to provide dialysis and ultrafiltration services.

Minimum 6 months Nephrology experience required before working independently with no other Apheresis RNs to provide Apheresis services.

Successful completion of training course in the theory and practice of care of the ESRD patient – Progressive Renal Education Preparation(internal).

BLS CPR Recognition.

Successful completion of Nurses Technical Training.

Employees are required to take the Ishihara's Color Blindness test as a condition of employment.

Position requires on call rotation including night, day, weekend, and holidays.

Position provides direct patient care which regularly involves heavy lifting, moving of patient and/or equipment > 200lbs (with assistance); and may lift chemical and water solutions of up to 30lbs up as high as 5 feet.

Certification in Nephrology Nursing, Apheresis Nursing, or both is highly encouraged.

Dialysis experience preferred, but not required.

ICU and/or ED experience preferred but not required.

ACLS CPR Recognition preferred, but not required.
