General understanding of OSP telecom or fiber construction

Underground construction experience strongly preferred

1-3+ years of telecom, utility, or construction experience preferred

Candidates local to the Albany / East Greenbush area are strongly preferred

Previous field inspection, OSP construction, telecom construction, or utility construction experience is a plus

We are especially interested in candidates who have worked around OSP fiber, underground utilities, telecom construction, utility inspection, or construction field operations

110,000.00 – 145,000.00 USD per year

7+ years as a Project Manager or similar role

Strong working knowledge of architectural drawings

Ability to manage all aspects of construction projects effectively and efficiently including, but not limited to budgeting, scheduling, submittals, change orders

Experience managing interior fitout and building infrastructure projects

Extensive knowledge of MS Office applications and MS Project

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Bachelor Degree from an accredited institution with preference towards a Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management

Experience directing senior level project management services on client projects

Experience with RFP preparation for vendor and contractor services and selection process management

Knowledge of vendor and project team performance management for compliance with contractual requirements

Understanding of potential liabilities and risk identification, management and mitigation

Experienced in managing Client relationships
