Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
Anyone who worked as Per Diem at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.
Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.
Minimum of an Associate Degree or graduate of an approved Cardiovascular Training Program or graduate from an accredited Allied Health Program.
At least 2 years in the cardiovascular specialty.
No travel teams or pairs.
10 days maximum time off
1 Manager reference required from within the last 12 months
