This is a fully onsite role based at a facility in Albuquerque, New Mexico, with work performed on site five days per week.

Standard business hours are expected, with occasional flexibility as needed to support testing schedules, field verification activities, and project deadlines.

Python programming experience, particularly for test automation, data analysis, or scripting (Python experience is a plus).

Experience working with sensors, quality control tools, customer-facing measurement tools, or high-speed industrial in-line sensors.

Familiarity with formal project management tools and methodologies, with an interest in developing leadership skills.

Demonstrated sense of ownership and accountability for work products and overall organizational success.

Ability to learn from issues and implement preventative measures and continuous improvements.

Full-Time Salary Range: $107359 - $182510

Active Top Secret or DoE Q clearance with SCI eligibility (must be eligible for SCI indoctrination within first 3 months of start date) and be able to obtain and maintain TS/SCI

A bachelor's degree in science and technology related discipline such as Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Systems Engineering, or Computer Engineering from an accredited college or university and 5 years or more relevant experience; a Master's degree and 3 years or more experience. Will accept 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of degree

Must possess DoD 8570 baseline certification.

Strong background in Microsoft Office tools and Visio.

Record of success in contributing to the completion of programs and projects; ability to obtain results and make key recommendations.

Good understanding of discipline process, information and data management, configuration control

Seasoned communicator with demonstrated record of success in leadership, followership, and working with contract representatives and government sponsors

Ability to provide high-level summary of results and draw conclusions based on interpretation of data
