Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field) from an accredited institution with 5+ years of related experience; or comparable experience in lieu of degree
3+ years experience with systems engineering processes, with background in requirements development/management, system integration and verification/test to accommodate End to End Systems Engineering
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills - proficient with formulas, pivot tables, data visualizations, and VBA/macros for data-analysis tasks
Analytical mindset, with ability to interpret large amounts of data and present data in a meaningful way
Self motivated with a demonstrated sense of urgency and ownership, and accountability for tasks/assignments
Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with an ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and changes in deadlines
Excellent communication, organization, presentation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to interface with internal and external stakeholders with a high degree of technical and interpersonal competency
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance; this position will require a government security clearance
