High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum 3+ years of construction inspection, utility construction, civil infrastructure, or related field experience.
Experience with water, wastewater, underground utility, or municipal infrastructure projects.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, contracts, and technical documents.
Strong understanding of utility construction methods, materials, and installation practices.
Experience preparing inspection reports and maintaining project documentation.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and exercise sound professional judgment.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites.
