Proficiency in hand soldering of electronic components.

Certification in IPC J-STD-001 (Requirements for Soldered Electrical and Electronic Assemblies) or equivalent industry standard.

Familiarity with defense industry standards and quality systems (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100).

Experience working in a regulated environment (e.g., ITAR/EAR compliance).

Ability to read and comprehend technical documents, blueprints, and assembly instructions.

Manual dexterity and ability to handle small parts and tools with precision.

Basic math and measurement skills.

Ability and willingness to work in environments where explosive materials are present.

$20/hour
