7+ years of experience in business analysis, including supporting technology or mission-driven programs
Experience with backlog management, including refinement, prioritization, and writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria aligned with Business-Analysis-Toolkit
Experience eliciting and documenting requirements and translating business needs into actionable functional specifications
Experience supporting Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, product demos, and elicitation sessions
Experience with federal portfolio management tools such as DITPR-DON, DADMS, or JUPITER
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems
