Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or quality environment preferred; internships, co-op experience, or applicable project work will be considered.
Experience in a unionized manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
