$26.90 hourly + mileage reimbursement + phone stipend + sales commission

A valid driver's license

Satisfactory driving record with at least 1 year driving experience

For a minimum of 20 hours per week

Have an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) as required by law to file taxes.

Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds

Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.

Familiarity with Circular 230

Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Must be willing to wear a TurboTax uniform

Must be willing to work in a front facing retail environment

Proficient with technology, including tax preparation software and CRM/sales tools.

Must reside within the United States.

Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience with deep knowledge of tax law preferred.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus

Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing

The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Full-Time

40 hours/week

8 hours shifts - one closing shift (until 7:15pm), one opening shift (start 6:30am), one evening shift (until 6:00pm), Rotating Saturdays (every 6-7 weekends)

High School diploma or GED required.

Valid driver's license is required if the incumbent is selected to perform related duties at an off-site location.

If incumbent uses their personal vehicle, the incumbent must maintain automobile liability coverage as required by law

Evidence of such coverage may be requested.

Manual dexterity to operate various office machines required.

Basic level of analytical ability is required in order to read and understand simple instructions, enter date into logs, charts, and records, maintain files and the like.
