Are 18 years or older
Authorized to work in the United States
Have a state and/or US Department of Education accredited high school diploma, GED Grade 12 certificate.
Have basic computer knowledge.
Ability to work schedule of 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, overtime, and during startup or abnormal operating conditions as business needs require.
Can pass a pre-employment assessment and a pre-employment drug + background screening.
Can pass post-offer / pre-hire Physical Abilities Test (PAT).
Demonstrated prior experience with a focus on working safely and hazard recognition.
Ability to learn and regularly utilize mill computer systems such as: Production MRP System (SAP), Manufacturing Execution Systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and Outlook.
Minimum 2-year related technical degree in related manufacturing field
5+ relevant years of experience with high-speed manufacturing or industrial mechanical and electrical fields.
Can physically work on elevated work platforms, catwalks, scaffolding, and enter confined spaces.
Employment is subject to verification of pre-screening tests which may include drug screening, background check, and DMV check.
