Associate degree in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience (calculated as two years of relevant work experience for each year of academic study)
Experience with production planning, capacity management, and manufacturing operations in a low-volume, high-mix manufacturing environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP systems
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T; specifications
Current or prior JR Automation experience, or experience within the automation, custom machinery, or advanced manufacturing industry, is strongly preferred
