3–6 years of professional electronics design experience, including embedded systems and microcontrollers.
Hands-on schematic design and PCB layout experience, from concept through fabricated, working boards.
System-level design skills: understanding how boards, sensors, actuators, power, and firmware interact, and making sound design tradeoffs across the full system.
Experience designing power electronics, including DC-DC converters, linear regulators, and power distribution.
Experience designing analog and mixed-signal circuits, such as sensor signal conditioning, amplifiers, filters, and ADC front ends.
Experience with ARM Cortex-M or similar microcontrollers and communication protocols (SPI, I2C, UART, USB).
Ability to write C/C++ firmware for hardware bring-up and testing.
Proficiency with lab equipment: oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, DMMs, bench power supplies, and electronic loads.
Experience with component selection, BOM management, and DFM/DFT practices.
B.S. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
U.S. Citizenship (due to DoD requirements).
