Expertise in complex part and assembly modeling for production‑ready designs.
Strong command of mechanical design fundamentals, including GD&T;, tolerance analysis, and a variety of manufacturing processes such as die casting, machining, stamping, plastic molding, and fabrication.
Proven ability to create accurate production documentation, including detailed drawings, BOMs, and engineering records, while supporting design changes and revisions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for engineering analysis, data reporting, and technical presentations.
SolidWorks PDM (Product Data Management), SolidWorks Design Professional Certification (CSWP), FEA or simulation tools, SAP or PLM systems, and design support for electromechanical or industrial products.
PMP Certification, Lean Six Sigma Certification, Working knowledge of UL, CSA, IEEE, NEMA regulatory compliance.
