GD&T; Training/Experience
Strong communication skills
Ability to read and interprint blueprints/engineering requirements
Floor Support experience and the ability to be hands on in the manufacturing operations evironment
Demonstrated ability to train, mentor and develop employees
Experience with Microsoft Office programs (i.e. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Experience with Lockheed Martin Aeronautics standard tooling to support repairs/rework (Drilling Tools/Bits, Verification Gauges, Part Trimming tools, Clamping Tools, Fastener removal Tools, etc.)
Experience in a manufacturing environment working cross functionally with other disciplines including: Manufacutring Engineering, Quality Engineering, MRB, Design Engineering, Supplier Quality Engineering, Tool Services/Tool Repair, EDTI and Production Operations Teams.
8+ years of experience in a technical lead/manufacturing engineering role
A Bachelor's or higher degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or a related engineering field
Geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T;)
Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) Training and demostrated skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve technical/process issues
Knowledge of the C-130 Specs, Blueprints and MPS's/PPDs
Knowledge of the C-130 standard repairs
Supplemental Tool Development/Design to assist with Rework
Additive Manufacturing Experience (3D printing)
Demonstrated ability to provide succinct and updated reports / summaries for repairs being managed
