Manage the daily operation and routine upkeep of hot stamping and lamination machinery.
Prepare and adjust equipment according to specific material specifications and job requirements.
Deliver high quality finished products that meet company standards while achieving target outputs targets and minimizing waste.
Troubleshoot production issues by analyzing data, verifying facts, and formulating logical solutions.
Record essential data in the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) system and complete all required documentation.
Select appropriate raw materials to fulfill production orders and generate finished goods.
Follow all safety protocols and machine operating procedures during all tasks.
