High school diploma or equivalent required

Ability to read, write and understand English.

Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos.

Ability to add and subtract multi-digit numbers (including decimals); to multiply and divide; to find averages, percentages and ranges. Ability to determine the minimum, maximum and nominal value when provided with a specification and a tolerance. Ability to perform basic math on a calculator.

Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions.

Associate degree preferred

3-5 years previous mechanical assembly experience preferred.

5–10 years of experience in commercial building Operations & Maintenance.

Demonstrated hands‑on experience in multiple skilled trades, including mechanical, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance.

Ability to read and follow technical manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and safety guidelines.

Experience performing preventive maintenance and responding to corrective maintenance issues.

Flexibility to work overtime, respond to call‑backs, and provide coverage as operational needs require.

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Familiarity with work order systems and maintenance documentation.

Basic knowledge of mechanical, plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems and building automation components.

Experience maintaining custodial or floor care equipment.

OSHA safety training or general safety compliance experience.

Ability to perform light painting, drywall repair, and minor cosmetic repairs.
