3-5 years' experience with Project Schedules / PM Construction software

Extensive financial analysis experience, including cost segregation, margin analysis, earned value management (EVM), or similar project‑based financial methodologies.

Strong financial project management ability with enough technical or construction knowledge to manage scope, schedule, and risk.

Prior experience resolving collections and customer financial issues during project execution.

Must possess a valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations including, but not limited to: DUI, Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless / Careless Driving or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years.

Safety Sensitive roles may require that you pass additional drug screening.

Construction Project Management certification preferred
