1–5 years of construction experience in roles such as Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, Field Engineer, Project Controls Coordinator, Cost Engineer, Assistant Superintendent on a project management track, or Owner's Representative Coordinator.
Experience supporting commercial, industrial, manufacturing, data center, energy, or other large-scale construction projects.
Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation, with the ability to interpret and apply them in the field and office.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for documentation, reporting, and communication.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with project managers, subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills, including the ability to maintain detailed logs, schedules, and records in a fast-paced environment.
Effective problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate issues, propose solutions, and support timely decision-making.
Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment and manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.
