5+ years of experience post-graduation from an accredited university
Structural Professional Engineer (PE) license required (SE designation a plus)
Relevant design experience with building structural systems using wood, steel, concrete, and masonry
A strong understanding of building codes and value engineering practices
Organized and able to handle multiple tasks at a time
Self-starter who can work independently and be part of a team
Outstanding organization, attentiveness to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills
Work independently, managing priorities and providing mentorship to junior staff
Ability to prioritize strategically and demonstrate flexibility to achieve long-range goals
Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Bluebeam, Autodesk Revit, and industry standard structural design software (ENERCALC, RISA, Simpson, or Woodworks preferred)
