High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years of welding/fabrication experience, vocational training, or a combination of both.
Proficiency in MIG welding and metal fabrication.
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
Basic math and measuring skills, including fractions.
Ability to use a computer for timekeeping and production-related tasks.
