Able to read, write and understand basic instructions in English
Able to lift/move up to 30 pounds regularly
Knowledge of all measuring instruments and gages for their operation
Able to read and interpret blue prints
Working knowledge in manufacturing and quality processes and principles
LOTO certified
Proficiently sets up, operates, and trouble shoots machinery for self/others
Able to operate all standard machines related to the process in their assigned process
Able to run hand feed grinding and CAM out (profile)
Able to run straight shenk and TD grinding
Able to run auto grind machines with 2 machine complement
Able to prepare own tooling blades
Exposure to surface grinder
Able to perform own oil change
Apply to read overlays on the comparator
Exposure to RSS Grinders
Minimum 5 years' experience required as a machinist
Employee must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
