Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.
Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.
All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions.
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Required Skills/Experience:EP, IR, vascular, monitoring, and neuro experience required.
Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.
Call required: 1 shift per week and every 4th weekend.
Some Saturdays are required as part of the regular 4 scheduled shifts for the week.
2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 2 years
