Associates Degree in an engineering or science field with 2+ years of engineering and manufacturing experience in the aerospace industry, OR * Bachelor's degree in an engineering or science field, OR * High School Degree with NDT Level II Certification (Any method)

Must be a US Citizen

Will be expected to work towards and achieve LIII certification in at least two NDT methods

NAS 410 or EN4179, certified in IR, CT, or Immersion UT.

Experience or academic courses in NDT methods

Have a basic knowledge of relevant aerospace manufacturing and inspection technology

Familiar with Rolls-Royce processes, procedures, and specifications

Experience providing technical oversite and leadership to others

Experience working in a union represented environment
