Nurse Practitioner
Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
Active, unrestricted Indiana APRN license
National certification in an applicable Nurse Practitioner specialty (e.g., FNP, PMHNP, AGNP) required
Active, unrestricted DEA registration, or ability to obtain one prior to start
Willingness and eligibility to enter into a written collaborative practice agreement with the PMC Medical Director, as required for NP prescriptive authority under Indiana law
Current CPR/BLS certification required
Ability to maintain strict patient confidentiality, including the heightened protections that apply to SUD treatment records
This position is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening prior to your start date.
