Rotating On-Call responsibility (Nights)
Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record
Ability to work 12hr day shifts (4-3,3-4), which include weekends, and holidays
Quality management experience in an environment with a focus on process control and continuous improvement, preferably in the ISO framework
5+ years Operations/Distribution/Quality experience
Ability to travel (10%)
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to travel and visit Plants. The employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
Communication and Collaboration skills - Both verbally and in writing with managers, colleagues, and customers
High School Diploma or equivalent is required
Safe handling of hazardous materials (liquid & gaseous helium)
Working knowledge of Hazardous Work Permits, Lock out Tag out, and Management of Change
5+ years experience in an industrial plant environment required
OSHA Process Safety Management experience desired
Proficient at Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
