Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, Mechatronics, or equivalent technical training.
5+ years of hands-on industrial equipment experience.
Strong mechanical assembly skills.
Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
Experience troubleshooting 24 VDC and 120/240 VAC electrical systems.
Experience using electrical test equipment (multimeter, clamp meter
Read and interpret mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions.
Experience with GMP-regulated manufacturing environments.
Experience with sterilizers, autoclaves, isolators, packaging equipment, or industrial process equipment.
Pneumatic controls experience.
Vacuum system experience.
Knowledge of sensors, instrumentation, pressure transducers, mass flow controllers, and temperature control systems.
Familiarity with IQ/OQ/PQ documentation.
The role requires standing, bending, and lifting throughout the workday.
The candidate should be comfortable working around industrial equipment and capable of occasional travel by automobile and air.
The ability to work in customer manufacturing environments while wearing appropriate PPE is essential.
Travel to customer sites as required (approximately 20–30%).
Ability to travel up to 30%.
Valid driver's license.
Experience servicing pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturing equipment.
Familiarity with HMI systems.
