1 - 2 years of manufacturing or related experience
Requires both written and verbal communication skills in English
Proficient in the safe and proper use of common assembly tools, including but not limited to: torque wrenches, power tools, hand tools, and measurement devices (calipers, gauges, etc.).
Ability to read and interpret basic to moderately complex engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
Understands component fit, alignment, and torque requirements to ensure product quality and functionality.
Capable of identifying and troubleshooting minor mechanical issues during assembly and escalating as needed.
Applies knowledge of fixtures, jigs, and standardized tooling to ensure consistent and efficient assembly.
Physical requirements are standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting, and lowering weights up to 40lbs.
Steel toed shoes are required on the distribution floor.
