1+ years of experience with analyzing and solving customer problems
Employees are required to have the ability to work an 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST including the flexibility to work occasional overtime (if approved / offered) based on business need
Ability to work onsite full-time
