Must possess a high school education

Minimum of 3- 5 years' experience in a maintenance capacity.

Must be able to read and decipher blueprints and electrical schematics, including symbology and relay circuits.

While performing the duties of this job, the associate is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations within the facility and the ability to stand, walk stoop, kneel, crouch and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weight items of 20-30 pounds. Infrequently handle medium to heavy weight items of 35-50 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, arm, hand and finger dexterity, including ability to grasp and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application information. The associate frequently is required to reach with hands and arms, talk and hear. Work safely from ladders, platforms, lifts etc., in a non-air conditioned environment.

Must be knowledgeable OSHA/ADOSH regulations

Trade school and/or technical school certifications preferred.

Associates degree in maintenance a plus.

$18 per hour weekly pay.

Hands-on training for the potential to become a Service Center Manager within 18-24 months.

2-year degree

In a related field or equivalent combinations of education and experience.

Three years of multifamily property management experience required

Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

4-year degree preferred

Accredited Residential Manager (ARM), Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS), Resident Apartment Manager (RAM), or similar designation preferred.

Tax credit experience preferred

Accounting and administrative background preferred.
