High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in industrial maintenance
Demonstrated proficiency in mechanical, electrical (up to 480V), hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting and repair.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical manuals.
Strong understanding of safety procedures and practices in an industrial setting.
Experience with preventative maintenance programs.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and climbing for extended periods.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends, as needed.
