Proficiency in industry-standard CAD software such as AutoCAD, AutoCAD Mechanical, SolidWorks, Revit, 3D Lift, Crane Planner, or MicroStation
Strong understanding of drafting principles, GD&T;, and engineering methods relevant to mechanical and structural design
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all drafting work
Ability to troubleshoot design issues and verify measurements throughout the drafting process
Effective written and verbal communication skills for working with multidisciplinary teams
Strong time‑management skills with the ability to meet strict project deadlines
Associate's Degree in CAD drafting or related field preferred
Experience in manufacturing or structural installations such as crane systems is a plus
