Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field

8+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, digital transformation, or analytics

5+ years of experience leading enterprise-wide digital or technology initiatives

Strong understanding of procurement processes (sourcing, supplier management, contracts, P2P)

Experience with AI / machine learning or automation applied to procurement or the supply chain

Experience implementing or managing procurement technologies and platforms

Knowledge of tools such as SAP, Coupa, or similar platforms

Experience in a manufacturing environment

Bilingualism – French and English

Experience working in a global organizational environment

An adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
