The schedule will be 9:15 AM through 4:15 PM

Possession of a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in any field is mandatory.

Demonstrated experience of at least one year in teaching or tutoring, either within a school environment or another educational setting.

Mastery of high school math concepts and skills, substantiating proficiency in the subject matter.

Comprehensive understanding of the unique challenges faced by urban students, schools, and communities, encompassing racial disparity, socio-economic disparity, and cultural disparity.

Ability to comfortably commute to the designated location.

Ability to comfortably navigate a school environment, including walking through hallways, classrooms, and stairways throughout the workday.

Assembly or Manufacturing experience required.

Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.

Basic mechanical, math

Ability to operate, but not limited to the following equipment: Basic machining posts, Saws, Paint Sprayers, and hoists.

Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, blueprints, BOM's and associated procedures

Ability to use and interpret measurement tools such as tape measures, micrometers, and calipers

Ability to use basic hand tools (hand drills, screw drivers, hammers etc)

A mechanical aptitude, basic math

Ability to understand basic lean principles – 5S, Kanban

High School diploma or GED

At least 6 months Assembly Experience or equivalent
